Of late a lot of my friends have had babies, and I’ve been left thinking hard on what to give them that will not be a repeat present for them.
Also, I try taking some small gift for the new mother as well, making someone feel a bit special never hurt anyone, specially when they’ve done a lot of hard work 🙂

Mom or MBA? I was just thinking to myself what actually goes on in a day’s life of an urban, nuclear family Mom..
The last 9 months have taught me what my MBA or any job couldn’t, as a mother:
# ALWAYS on duty
# Managing a demanding boss, who sometimes doesn’t understand his own demand
# Patience, and LOTS of it
So being a first time mother (FTM) and being in a nuclear setup, I’ve turned to google to come up with the most comprehensive list of the things that will be required to take to the hospital for the first few hours of labour and the stay thereon.
With your pregnancy, will come a LOT of crazy dreams!
Though I’ve been amongst the luckier few whose had a decent share of sleep in their pregnancy but wild dreams nonetheless.
This will subside once the hormones start normalising post delivery.
So far, just enjoying my baby kicking!
